Conductor Socket Joints (Cable Socks Pulling Grips) are used to hold the overhead cables in transmission line stringing operation.There are single head type and Double heads type socket pulling grips. Single head type is used for connection of swivel joints and conductors, double heads type is used for connection of two section of conductors

MESH SOCKET JOINTS

Application: It is used to grip the ACSR conductors in line stringing operation, the product is specially braided from high strength galvanized steel wire. It could pass through the stringing blocks and tension wheel.

The Mesh Socket joints are made of high strength galvanized steel wire, braided in very soft ways and pressed with protection aluminum sleeve and copper sleeve. The sleeve could protect the conductor, and prevent the head of conductor to damage the Mesh Socket Joints.

Line Stringing Swivels

Application: It is used to pull conductors. Constructed with ball bearings inside, to eliminate the torque force which stringing conductors.

The swivel joints are suitable to connect the pulling rope to the mesh sock joints mounted on the conductor. They are made of high tensile galvanized alloy steel. The special design can afford the high radial loads, which often happened during the passage of the pulleys.
